Terms of Use

  • Check-in is from 15:00 to 19:00 (self check-in).
  • Check-out time is 11:00.
  • Capacity dainoma 4 persons, wanoma 2 persons, fukunoma 4 persons, Shiinoma 4 persons,
  • Parking space is available for 1 car in each room (4 cars in total).
  • Smoking is not allowed inside the facility. If you wish to smoke, please be sure to do so outside the room.
  • This facility is located in an old private house, so due to the nature of the building, sounds are likely to echo.
  • This facility is unmanned, so there are no staff on-site.
  • We are unable to store your luggage before or after check-in.
  • We do not provide additional services for installation equipment or towels. note that.
  • We are not responsible for any accidents, illness, injury, theft, loss, etc. that occur in our facility.
  • We reserve the right to claim compensation for any damage to our facility caused by the intentional or negligent acts of our guests.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of a reservation will incur a cancellation fee at the following rate on the trip price.

  • Cancellation without notice: 100%.
  • On the day of cancellation: 100%.
  • 1 days to 3 day prior: 50%.
  • 4 days to 7 days prior: 20%.
  • 8 days to 14 days prior: 10%.

Requests to Guests (Regarding Hot Water Heaters)

This facility is a renovated old house and is equipped to provide a comfortable stay, but please be aware of the following points regarding the hot water heater.

1. An electric hot water heater is used

  • Hot water at this facility is provided by a tank-type electric hot water heater, and the amount of hot water supplied is limited.

2. The amount of hot water is limited

  • We use a reheat function to ensure a constant supply of hot water, but if you fill the bathtub with hot water continuously in a short period of time, the hot water may run out.

3. What to do if you run out of hot water

  • If hot water stops coming out, you will need to wait about two hours for the water in the tank to warm up again.
  • To ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible, please refrain from using the bathtub continuously for long periods of time or filling it multiple times in a short period of time, and leave a reasonable interval between uses.
